What if you don't need to try harder?

We live in a culture that teaches us to think our way through almost everything. So when something in our lives isn't working, we do what we've learned to do.

We live in a culture that teaches us to think our way through almost everything. So when something in our lives isn't working, we do what we've learned to do.

We analyze it. Research it. Make a plan. Set another goal. Try to do better.

And sometimes, that works.

But when we rely on the mind as our primary source of information, it's surprisingly easy to lose touch with everything else that's trying to get our attention.

And you can understand yourself incredibly well on paper while still struggling to bring what you know into the way you actually live.

— You can understand your patterns and still repeat them. — Know what matters to you and still struggle to make room for it. — Know you need rest and feel uncomfortable when you finally stop. — Say yes while something in you is quietly saying no. — Make a perfectly reasonable decision that somehow doesn't feel right. — Or look at a life that seems fine on paper and wonder why you don't quite feel like yourself inside of it.

The gap between the two isn't always a lack of discipline, motivation, or information.

You may have simply gotten very good at overriding yourself.

Sometimes disconnection doesn't feel like disconnection.

Sometimes disconnection doesn't feel like disconnection.

Sometimes it looks like functioning.

You go to work. Take care of things. Make decisions. Keep moving.

But somewhere along the way...
You can become so accustomed to overriding your needs, second-guessing your instincts, pushing through discomfort, or moving automatically through your days that you stop noticing you're doing it. Normal isn't always healthy. Sometimes it's just familiar.

And it's difficult to change what you've stopped noticing.

That's why I believe we've gotten something backward:

We keep teaching people to change before we've taught them to notice.

We keep teaching people to change before we've taught them to notice.

Before you can change a pattern, you have to recognize it.
Before you can build a life around what matters to you, you have to know what actually matters. Before you can respond to your body's signals, you have to notice them. Before you can trust yourself, you have to learn to hear yourself. Awareness creates space between what happens and what happens next.

Not simply the ability to make a different decision, but the ability to participate more fully in your own life.

Not simply the ability to make a different decision, but the ability to participate more fully in your own life.

  • To respond instead of only react.

  • To question what you've accepted as normal.

  • To make decisions you trust.

  • To create relationships that better reflect what you need and value.

  • To have more room for the people, experiences, and work that matter to you.

  • To rest without feeling as though you should be doing something else.

  • To pursue something because you genuinely want it, not simply because it's expected of you.

  • To feel more present in your own life.

  • To recognize yourself in the life you're living.

The work mattered. But they were also returning to a life.

To work. Relationships. Responsibilities. Habits. Stress.

The ways they moved through their days. The things they pushed through. The things they didn't say. The things they didn't make room for.

Because we don't experience our bodies separately from the rest of our lives. And we don't experience our lives separately from our bodies.

I started noticing this through the body.

I've spent more than a decade studying and working with the human body, and years working hands-on with people experiencing pain, tension, restriction, and stress.
And over time, I started noticing something.
Someone could leave a session moving differently. Breathing more freely. Feeling less pain or tension.

“I am what I was looking for.”

- Z. T R I P L E H E A L I X C L I E N T

That realization changed the way I thought about my work.

I became less interested in simply asking:
Where does it hurt?

And more interested in:

What is happening around the pain?

What has this person stopped noticing?

What does their body do when they're stressed, overwhelmed, uncertain, or exhausted?

What happens when they slow down long enough to listen?

tookapic plant 933481

My work began expanding beyond what I could do for someone's body with my hands and toward what I could teach someone to recognize within themselves.

Because I didn't want to only help people feel different for an hour.

I wanted to help people develop a deeper relationship with the person who would walk back out the door and live the rest of their life.

I wanted to create something that gave you space to explore yourself
as a whole — your thoughts, your body, your patterns, your choices, and the circumstances shaping your life — while beginning to notice how deeply
those pieces influence one another.

Triple Healix is a 10-week guided experience designed to bring awareness out of your head and into your body, your choices, and the way you actually live.

Throughout the program, you'll explore the patterns and beliefs shaping
your experience, deepen your ability to recognize what your body is
communicating, and practice bringing what you discover into
your choices, relationships, rest, and everyday life.

Because insight matters.

But the real shift happens when what you know begins to change how you live.

01

IDENTITY

- RETURN TO YOURSELF -

Before deciding where you're going, begin by noticing what's already shaping the way you live.

You'll explore the beliefs, language, values, expectations, and patterns that influence your choices, while beginning to distinguish between what you've inherited, what you've learned to tolerate, and what genuinely matters to you.

This isn't about inventing a new version of yourself.

It's about becoming more aware of the person who's already there.

02

EMBODIMENT

- LISTEN TO WHAT LIVES IN YOU -

Awareness moves beyond what you can explain intellectually and into what you can actually experience.

You'll practice slowing down, noticing your body's signals, and becoming more curious about the information available through sensation, tension, rest, intuition, and your internal responses.

Rather then treating your body as something to override, fix, or drag along behind you, you begin learning how to include it in the way you understand yourself.

03

INTEGRATION

- BRING IT INTO YOUR LIFE -

Knowing what matters and recognizing what you feel are only useful if they can travel with you into your actual life.

This phase is about closing the distance between awareness and action.

You'll explore receiving and what it means to make choices that reflect what you've discovered about yourself, while considering how embodied living can create more room for authentic self-expression.

And you'll practice something even more important: returning to that awareness when life inevitable pulls your attention elsewhere.

It's to live in deeper relationship with who you already are.

It's to live in deeper relationship
with who you already are.

What changes when you start listening to yourself?

Often, it's the ordinary moments.

You notice tension building before you've pushed yourself too far.

You recognize exhaustion as information instead of something to automatically push through.

You feel yourself hesitate before saying yes - and stop long enough to ask whether you actually mean it.

You notice when your body responds to something, and get curious about why.

And what you notice begins to change what you choose.

And what you notice begins to change what you choose.

— You make decisions without spending the next three days questioning them.

— You communicate what you need.

— You make more room for what matters to you.

— You say yes because you mean it - and no because you mean that, too.

— You make choices you trust because you're no longer leaving yourself out of the decision.

— You make choices you trust because you're no longer leaving yourself out of the decision.

— Is Triple Healix therapy?

No. Triple Healix is a coaching and educational experience with a strong body-based component. We explore patterns, values, choices, and the way your experiences show up in your body and everyday life. Triple Healix does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and isn't a replacement for therapy or medical care.

— Do I need experience with somatic work?

Not at all. You don't need to know how to "listen to your body" before you begin. Developing that awareness is part of the experience.

— What if I've already done a lot of personal growth work?

You may already understand quite a bit about yourself. Triple Healix is less about collecting more information and more about noticing how what you know shows up in the way you live. Because understanding a pattern and responding differently when you're actually inside it are two different things.

— How much time will I need each week?

Plan for about one hour each week to move through the module, reflection exercises, and guided practices. From there, the practice is noticing what shows up in everyday life and experimenting with what you learn.

— What's the difference between Self-Guided and Immersive?

Both experiences include the complete 10-week Triple Healix curriculum. Self-Guided is for those who want to move through the material independently. Immersive adds live group coaching, structured check-ins, between-session support, and a small cohort experience for those who want help applying what they're learning along the way.

— Why does Immersive require an application?

Because coaching is personal, and a small group works best when the people in it are a good fit for the experience. The application gives us a chance to understand what you're looking for and whether this experience can offer the kind of support you need before you enroll.
